Back story: My dog had a bacterial yeast infection in her ear. I took her to the vet, they did eat cytology and prescribed medication with a 2 week recheck.
The medication seemed to make it worse and caused her more pain, so I called Magnolia.
I called Magnolia, [the lady I spoke with was VERY nice] told them the situation (my dog was also due for her Rabies Vaccination), so I asked for pricing on the vaccination, office visit, ear cytology, and rough guesstimate for medication I knew she would need.
The price they gave me was GREAT!
The price I paid was Not.
I had to pay almost $100 more than they told me.
I understand the guesstimate for the medication, but after extensive internet research and phone calls, the most expensive price I found for the medication prescribed was $49.
All the other prices the receptionist gave me over the phone were horribly inflated when I picked up my dog a couple hours later.

Very friendly staff and veterinarian! You can tell how much they care for your animal and very reasonable pricing. We will definitely be back 🙂

We recently switched to Magnolia Animal Hospital after being with another veterinary office for years, and we couldn’t be happier with the decision. Our golden retriever struggles with chronic ear infections and severe allergies, so we were hoping to find a fresh perspective on his care.
Dr. Murdock has been phenomenal with both of our pups. He takes the time to thoroughly explain treatment plans, answer questions, and genuinely shows interest in their overall health and well-being.

My father was very happy with the care provided to his elderly Maltipoo. He just moved to the area and was worried about changing vets. The whole staff really took their time and were very patient with an older nervous dog. We will definitely continue to use this vet and highly recommend them.
Dr Murdock was fantastic listening to my concerns i had for my dog. And talking to me about the best course of treatment for her. I'm so happy to have found him. He also loves the animals.
We started going to Magnolia Animal Hospital several months ago and could not be happier. As an owner of six fur babies, I value thoroughness and honesty and Dr. Murdock provides both. He will spend as much time as is required examining and explaining what’s going on. He is gentle and compassionate with every animal I’ve brought to him. We’ll be bringing him our babies until he retires.
I just walked in due to my new born puppy having an issue, they had said they had to see a lot of little pets, but still took my little one in so fast and didn't just turned me around, thank you all, very sweet people and doctor was awesome ❤️ definitely a place i can always count on!
